1. Natural Garnet/Natural Emery

Natural Garnet/Natural Emery is a very hard rock type used to make abrasive powder. which is brownish-black or dark gray in color. It is the hardest mineral after diamond, making it the second hardest mineral with a mohs hardness value of 9.Natural Garnet/Natural Emery largely consists of the mineral corundum (aluminum oxide), mixed with other species such as the iron-bearing spinels hercynite and magnetite, and also rutile (titania). The kind of Crushed or naturally eroded emery (known as black sand) is used as an abrasive , for example, on an emery board, as a traction enhancer in asphalt and tarmac mixtures, or as used in mechanical engineering as Emery cloth.

4. Production technical process

Natural garnet / natural emery , it will go through crushing,magnetic separation,washing and drying production procedures. ^ Being crushed from natural garnet rocks, it has high hardness and more sharpe dges. ^ With repeatedly magnetic separations to remove impurities,it keeps high qualified grains. ^ Then several times washing to remove the powder away. After screening of sifting bed,each size has the uniform particle distribution.


5. Package & Shipping

^ 25kg/bag, 1000kg/JUMPO bag ; Customerization Allowed. ^ After confirmation of cargo in good condition(packing sound), the cargo can be loaded in CONTAINER, then sealing the container and finally starting shipping from loading port. ^ You will be receive the bulk products at your destination port after about 7- 20 days.
